Frequently Asked Questions

When do the meetups take place?

Our meetups take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 2:30 PM (excluding bank holidays). Please note that Friday is designated as a quieter day specifically tailored for children who prefer a calmer environment.

What age group is the group for?

Our meetups are designed specifically to support local autistic children aged 6–12 years old and their families, in the Darndale/Coolock area only.

How much does it cost and how do I book?

The price is €5 per one-hour session. Arrangements must be made with Tracey in advance, and please do not turn up without making these arrangements first.

Do parents or guardians need to stay during the meetup?

Yes, parents or guardians must stay during the session. It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to keep a close eye on their child's behaviour at all times.

What should my child bring along?

You don't need to bring anything, as there are several toys available at the club (and suggestions for new toys are always welcome). If you do choose to bring your own toy, please note that other children may want to play with it, and any damage caused to toys you brought in is not the responsibility of the club.
